Natural Loving Kids

This wiki grows from a discussion at nature writer Chris Clarke's Creek Running North. I love that blog and recommend it highly, Clarke is a wonderful writer and extraordinarily kind person. But this wiki is not his project. It is a effort to accumulate ideas for engaging children in the natural world.

It's a public wiki and a community effort. Anyone can read it, and anyone registered with PB Wiki--painless process--and who has a password can edit any page or create new ones. My name is John Powers. So start putting content up. There are many ways to do so, editing pages, leaving comments, and making new pages are all good things to do. Right now this is in the free-mode with limited storage. Once the effort is underway we can make decisions about how to proceed. But it's handy to remember the storage limit to resist the urge to post too many large images or other large files. PBwiki's terms are straightforward, but be sure to read them.

This is a community effort to encourage and nurture children, so lets behave as compassionate adults and not be mean or obscene.
